Cold Water Filling Station Rentals by On-Site Hydration Services

Mobile Drinking Water Station Rentals Across the Western U.S.

When a jobsite, event, or facility needs clean, cold drinking water and bottled water is not practical, On-Site Hydration Services delivers a self-contained water station that does the work of thousands of plastic bottles. Each unit filters, chills, and dispenses fresh drinking water on demand. No plumbing hookup, no pallets of bottles, no daily delivery runs. One station can hydrate a full construction crew, a festival crowd, a warehouse floor, or a school campus while cutting cost and eliminating single-use plastic.

We own our units and staff our own W-2 crews. We aren’t a reseller or a broker, and never a third party. From our West Coast yard network we dispatch across California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, and beyond, with 24/7 availability for both planned rentals and same-day emergencies.

Two Water Stations, One Standard of Clean, Cold Water

Every job is different, so we build two drinking water stations: one engineered to travel anywhere, one engineered to live inside a facility.

Signature Series®: Mobile & Outdoor

A road-towable water station built for construction and remote jobsites, festivals and marathons, emergency response, agriculture, and off-grid operations. It tows in, sets up in minutes, and redeploys job to job.

4 push-back fill stations · 300-gal fresh tank · 12' 3" road-towable trailer · built for the outdoors

Legacy Series®: Indoor & Permanent

A compact, roll-in station for schools and campuses, warehouses, convention centers, corporate and government buildings, and cooling centers. Caster wheels and a door-width footprint settle it in for the long term.

What Is Inside Every Water Station

Whichever unit fits your site, the hydration is the same:

  • 4 push-back fill stations with adjustable nozzles, so four people fill bottles at once with no bottleneck
  • 300-gallon onboard fresh-water tank, roughly 2,400 standard 16 oz bottles per fill
  • Multi-stage filtration that removes sediment, chlorine, odors, and taste
  • Built-in electric chillers for genuinely cold water, even on a 100°F afternoon
  • Food-grade, stainless components for clean water from source to spout

Industries & Jobsites We stay hydrated

On-Site Hydration Services supports crews and crowds across dozens of settings. A few of the most common:

Built for OSHA Heat-Illness Compliance

OSHA already requires employers to provide potable drinking water to workers, and the proposed federal heat-illness standard, alongside state rules like California's Cal/OSHA §3395 and federal 29 CFR 1926.51, puts even more weight on documented, accessible hydration. A centralized water station gives safety managers continuous cold-water access, a clear point of compliance, and infrastructure they can write directly into a Heat Illness Prevention Plan.

Cut the Plastic, Cut the Cost

A 50-person crew drinking six bottles a day burns through 300 bottles daily, more than 60,000 over a typical 200-day project, and 100,000+ on larger jobs. Every one of those bottles has to be bought, trucked in, handed out, collected, and hauled off. So a single water station erases that entire stream: no purchasing, no delivery coordination, no cooler-and-ice routine, and measurable progress on sustainability and ESG goals. For sites that need a tank top-off rather than a full station rental, we also offer bulk potable water delivery to keep units running through long deployments.

"We were spending a fortune on bottled water and still running short by noon. One station covered the whole crew and the deliveries just stopped," says one Central Valley general contractor we work with.

Water Station Rental FAQs

How much water does one station hold?

Each station carries a 300-gallon fresh-water tank, about 2,400 standard 16 oz bottles per fill. For bigger jobs we stage multiple units across the site.

Do I need plumbing or a water hookup?

No. Each unit is self-contained. We deliver it filled and ready, and our water fill services keep the tank topped off throughout your rental. It just needs standard power: 1–3 dedicated 20A/120V circuits, or one dedicated 50A/240V circuit.

Is the water filtered and cold?

Yes. Multi-stage filtration plus built-in electric chillers deliver clean, genuinely cold water on demand, even in extreme heat.

Which unit do I need, Signature or Legacy?

Choose the Signature Series for mobile, outdoor, and jobsite use. Choose the Legacy Series for indoor, facility, and long-term placement. Not sure? Tell us about your site and we’ll match you.
